The proven high vacuum angle valve XLS-RE is an electromagnetic high vacuum angle valve with a closing time of only 40 ms. The control electronics integrated in the DIN connector not only offer you a choice of different control options, but also reduce the coil power in continuous operation – making it ideal for shutting off pre-vacuum lines or for use in automated vacuum systems.
