JEVAsys® RGA-5H

The JEVAsys^® RGA-5H UHV pumping unit for residual gas analysis is an example of a compact laboratory pumping unit. It basically consists of a DN63CF vacuum chamber, a pumping system with scroll and turbomolecular pump and a specially designed pumping unit control system.

Our vacuum measurement technology from the JEVAmet^® and ATMION^® product ranges is used for vacuum measurement. The combination of different measurement and control modules allows a wide range of realisable applications.

JEVAsys® V900

The JEVAsys^® V900 high vacuum vapour deposition system is an example of a high vacuum system based on a regenerated vacuum chamber with an inner diameter of 900 mm. It has a pumping system consisting of a rotary vane pump, root pump and cryogenic pump and fully automatic control of the pumping and coating process.

Our vacuum measurement technology from the JEVAmet^® and ATMION^® product ranges is used for vacuum measurement.
