For users of high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum systems, we have developed a new bakeable measurement cable for the IE414 and IE514 vacuum sensors from INFICON and LEYBOLD, designed for use with the corresponding controller units. The cable is bakeable up to 200 °C.
The IE414 and IE514 are among the most advanced hot-cathode ionization gauges for ultra-high-vacuum applications. The IE414 is based on the Bayard-Alpert principle, while the IE514 utilizes the Extractor gauge principle, enabling pressure measurements down to the extreme high vacuum (XHV) range. Both sensors are commonly used in demanding research and development applications.
