The ATMION® wide-range vacuum gauge is a combination vacuum gauge that combines a Pirani heat conduction vacuum gauge and a Bayard-Alpert ionisation vacuum gauge in just one sensor and allows pressure measurements from atmospheric to UHV. Operate the ATMION® with our JEVAmet® VCU, the MVC-3 vacuum controller from VACOM or utilise the other control options, such as the RS232 or Profibus-DP interface.
