The graduate engineer for electrical engineering, cybernetics and process engineering always keeps an overview thanks to his calm manner and holds the reins securely in his hands – even if normative specifications sometimes drive him to despair …
With his many years of experience and his sensitivity for software technology, he breathes the necessary breath of life into the devices and systems of JEVATEC GmbH.

The graduate physicist is the second managing partner of JEVATEC GmbH. Together with Peter Storch and Ute Bergner, he founded the company VACOM Steuerungsbau und Service GmbH in 1996. After the departure of Ute Bergner in 2011, JEVATEC GmbH operates as an independent brand.
Thanks to Ingo Stiebritz’s creative mind when it comes to electronics and vacuum and the decisive “courage to leave gaps”, many ideas in vacuum technology have already become successful projects.

Quality management is in safe hands at JEVATEC GmbH. He has been working for the company as a development engineer since 1997 and as a quality management representative since 2006.
For the graduate engineer (FH) for physical technology, job rotation is a daily routine. From construction to device design to documentation, from the preparation of production documents to marketing – everything at JEVATEC GmbH takes place under the critical eye of the quality manager. Always according to the motto: “Quality is when the customer comes back and not the product.”
The support of the management is not neglected.

The graduate physicist has been with the company since 2007.
As a likeable and creative head, he is involved in almost all projects in the background – from construction to automation to safety considerations, his field of activity completes our team of developers.
Together with Bernward Altmann, he supports the management in many ways.

Since 2023, he has been responsible as production manager for the coordination of order processing in device production and service calls at the customer. He also decides on the selection and procurement of the necessary materials for JEVATEC GmbH manufacturing and service.
Marko Geilmann has been with the company since 2003 as an industrial electronics technician.

He is the precision mechanic with a passion! He can disassemble and reassemble most vacuum pumps blindfolded. There is not a single pump that he has not been able to get working again.
