Reliable and precise vacuum measurement with the ATMION® wide-range vacuum gauge

Whether you need a new device, an extension to your existing measurement technology, servicing or a replacement sensor, we are your personal contact.

As the developer and manufacturer of the ATMION®, we have been familiar with the device down to the smallest detail for over 25 years. We know the advantages of this robust measuring device and are familiar with its areas of application and customer requirements. However, we are also familiar with the limits imposed by the measuring principles used or certain applications.

With the ATMION® wide-range vacuum gauge, we can offer you an active vacuum gauge that has been tried and tested over many years. The device combines a heat conduction vacuum gauge according to Pirani and a Bayard-Alpert ionisation vacuum gauge in just one sensor. Use the JEVAmet® VCU, the MVC-3 vacuum controller or other control options such as the RS232 serial interface, the Profibus-DP bus system or integration into the PLC of a vacuum system for control and display.

ATMION®

ATMION® compact – Especially for industrial customers. Two robust V-filaments in a compact exchangeable sensor with DN25KF flange. Absolute pressure measuring range from 1000 – 1·10-8 mbar. Identical in construction to the earlier ATC25KLE version.

ATMION® compact-DP – As ATMION® compact, but with additional Profibus-DP interface. Identical to the earlier ATC25KPLE version.

ATMION® standard – Vacuum measurement for processes in UHV. Two interchangeable stretched filaments in the sensor on flange DN40CF. Absolute pressure measuring range from 1000 – 1·10-10 mbar. Identical in construction to the earlier ATS40C version.

ATMION® standard-DP – Like ATMION® standard, but with additional Profibus-DP interface. Identical to the earlier ATS40CP version.

  • compatible with the operating devices JEVAmet® VCU from JEVATEC and MVC-3 from VACOM
  • analogue, serial and optionally available Profibus-DP interface for simple system integration
  • gas type-dependent measuring principles
  • logarithmic linear output signal 0 – +10 VDC with 0.625 VDC / decade
  • supply voltage +24 VDC
  • sensor in stainless steel tube 1.4301, measuring electronics in aluminium profile housing
