The JEVAsys® RGA-5H UHV pumping unit for residual gas analysis is an example of a compact laboratory pumping unit. It basically consists of a DN63CF vacuum chamber, a pumping system with scroll and turbomolecular pump and a specially designed pumping unit control system.
Our vacuum measurement technology from the JEVAmet® and ATMION® product ranges is used for vacuum measurement. The combination of different measurement and control modules allows a wide range of realisable applications.
